Truspinsupply.com warrants to the user to replace each on-highway tubeless truck disc wheel or demountable rim, which becomes unserviceable within five years of date of manufacture due to functional defects in workmanship and materials.

This warranty is void if these products are altered or modified, are not properly installed, or are not operated or maintained in accordance with instructions printed in catalogs current for the year of manufacture. Also, it will not cover defects caused by corrosion, other components, accident, improper tire size, improper tire inflation, excessive speeds, or other abnormal or severe operating conditions.

Truspinsupply.com obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing any product that proves, upon inspection of failed parts and, if deemed necessary, associated vehicles and their maintenance records, to be defective within the applicable provisions of this warranty. Replacement products will be shipped FOB our distribution center.

Parts on which a warranty is claimed must, upon request, be returned to place of manufacture or to our authorized representative with transportation charges prepaid.

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, APPLICATION OR USE. IN NO EVENT SHALL TRUSPIN SUPPLY INC.'S LIABILITY EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PRICE OF THE PRODUCT, NOR SHALL TRUSPIN SUPPLY INC. BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
